摘要
充分肯定了图书馆产业论,并且提出了在中国特色的市场经济条件下,图书馆应采取事业单位企业化经营的模式,积累资本,待条件成熟后再实行产业化的观点。
This paper affirmed the theory of library industry and proposed an idea that in the market economy conduction with Chinese characteristics a library should adopt the model on which a public institution wis run as an enterprise on a commercial basis. The public institution could be managed on the commercial basis while its condition was ripe.
