摘要
分析了信息服务的商业属性,从一个全新的角度讨论了高校图书馆信息咨询服务的公益性,针对目前高校图书馆信息服务的发展缓慢的状况,提出了对高校图书馆的信息咨询部实行企业化管理的观点以及部门内部为适应企业化管理应采取的措施。
Through the analysis of the profitableness of information services and the non-profitableness of higher learning institutions, and in order to speed up the development of information services of higher learning institutions, the author strongly advocates introduction of business ways into the management of the information services in higher learning libraries.
