摘要
通过对体育教学过程中学生过度焦虑原因的分析,提出大学生过度焦虑形成的原因是自身厌烦体育课,对难度高、危险性大的技术信心不足,不能正确对待体育测试以及教师和同学的评价等。在体育教学过程中要加强心理健康知识教育,使学生掌握一定的自我心理调节方法,培养学生自我心理调控能力,成为身心健康的新一代社会人才。
Through analysis of harmful effects, we propose that university student's excessively anxiety reason is one's own physiological reason, fed up about physical education, technological confidence insufficientcy, they can adopt a correct attitude towards sports test and appraisal of classmate and teacher, etc. to degree of difficulty, we should strengthen psychological health knowledge education , make students know self-psychological regulating method to want in the course of sports teaching, train student's self-psychological ability of regulation and control, become physically and mentally healthy social talents of a new generation.
