摘要
对水电站压力钢管的焊接特点及国内外压力钢管的焊接技术现状进行了分析,并针对压力钢管自动焊技术中存在的问题设计了一套自动化焊接方案——实芯焊丝混合气体保护脉冲自动焊。该方案将压力钢管自动焊技术分解并提炼出了合理的工艺,可为水电站压力钢管的现场焊接提供参考。
It is analyzed that the welding properties of pressure pipe for water power station and welding technology actuality of pressure pipe both at home and abroad and design one set of automatic welding scheme-solid core wires mixed gas protective pulse automatic welding aimed at the existed problem among automatic welding technology of pressure pipe. This scheme analyzes the automatic welding technology of pressure pipe and abstracts the reasonable process and can provide reference for site welding of pressure pipe at water power station.
