微坑式平顶珩磨轮廓分形建模与应用 被引量:2

摘要 分析了平顶珩磨轮廓特征,建立了平顶珩磨轮廓复合函数模型;提出以闸门函数sinc 为核心的描述偏态分布轮廓的分形模型,填补了粗糙度领域中偏态分布分形模型研究的空白 ;应用小波技术分解微坑式轮廓曲线,提出一组新的微坑式平顶珩磨轮廓粗糙度评定参数。 :The plateau honing technique and its function are introduced. A combination fractal model based on sinc function is put forwards to describe honing profiles through a serious proves and loglog spectrum of measured data's. Wavelet technique is applied to study plateau- honing profiles with lots of specially machined micro-holes. A new set of roughness parameters is given.
