以等焓充气公式为基础讨论一些主要结构因素对气冲紧实的影响,指出冲击阀的结构在于提高冲击刚开始初实层形成时的升压速度。并着重讨论了冲击阀的开口大小、射孔周长、提阀速度与提高P_1的升压速度的关系。最后分析了开阀特性曲线,强调指出,具有上突形特性曲线,保证开阀时最初1~2ms的升压速度是提高冲击效果有效的方法。
he influence of some chief structural factors on air impact compacting is discussed on base of an equaenthalpy filling equation. It shows that a good structure of impact valve should aim at raising the high pressure rising rate at the very beginning of air impact or at the formation of preliminary compacted layers. The relationship among the dimension of valve opening, the length of the periphery, the speed of rising valve disk and the rising rate of air pressure in the working chamber is studied. With a final analysis of the opening characteristic of the impact valve, emphasis is placed on that an improvement of the effect of impact compacting can be realized by a convex shaped valve characteristic which demonstrates a high rising rate of air pressure in the working chamber obtained in a time of 1 to 2 ms at the very beginning of impact compacting.
