摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的气流冲击试验装置,研究结果表明,该装置具有很高的建压速度。在0.4~0.6MPa下,对复杂的发动机缸体能形成紧实度高且均匀的优质铸型。并分析了主要工艺及结构参数对紧砂过程的影响,进一步阐述了气流冲击紧实机理,提出了改善其性能的相应措施。
This paper introduces a new experimental equipment for researching air- impact moulding.Test results show that the equipment is of high pressurized speed,under the pressure of 0.4~0.6MPa,it can be used to produce high- quality casting moulds of uniformand high hardness for the complicated motor- cylinder.The effects of main technological and structural coefficient on compacting process are analysed.The compacting mechanism of air- impact moulding is further discussed.Many methods of improvement of its characteristics are advanced.
