摘要
研究了泰乐菌素发酵生产过程中通气量(aeration)与溶解氧(dissoledoxygen)的关系,在实验中探明了泰乐菌素发酵中溶解氧的变化规律。得出了泰乐菌素发酵中通气量的控制参数并应用于生产实际,在发酵放罐单位相当的情况下,大大降低了空气消耗,有效地控制了发酵成本。
The relationship of dissolved oxygen and aeration was studied on tylosin fermentation. The experiments with varied aeration showed that the DO was affected by the aeration during the whole fermentation. The appreciate parameters of the aeration were obtained and excuted in the fermentation. The results showed that the potency of tolysin broh was not lower than before, and greatly reduced aeration volume leads to the lower cost.
