摘要
综述了肽图分析在基因工程药物质量控制中的应用，重点介绍了高效液相色谱法，高效毛细管电泳法以及质谱法等现代检测技术进行肽图分析控制基因工程药物均一性的研究进展。
A review of application of peptide mapping in quality control for recombinant drugs is presented with 33 references.The paper emphasises the application of analysis of peptide mapping in recombinant drug homogeneity by HPLC,HPCE and MS.The applied prospects of these techniques in the field are also included.
