摘要
论述了高等院校健康教育的范畴及主要内容,阐述了开展健康教育的必要性,提出了高等院校健康教育的实施对策,即:强化健康意识、完善各项制度、丰富健康内涵、探索有效途径、开展课外教育、营造健康环境等六个方面。
<Abstrcat> The author presented the category and essential contents of health education in universities and colleges, explained the necessity of the health education, and discussed the implementation measures for the health education in 6 aspects: enhancing consciousness of health; improving rules and regulations; enriching health connotation; exploiting available approaches; arranging extracurriculum education; and creating healthy atmosphere.
