摘要
目的考察参芪注射液(丹参总酚酸/黄芪总皂苷混合注射液,丹参总酚酸∶黄芪总皂苷=5∶2)对犬急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法麻醉犬冠状动脉结扎造成心肌梗死模型,采用心外膜标测和定量组织学硝基四氮唑蓝染色法测定心肌损伤范围及损伤程度,测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性。结果参芪注射液可明显减轻由心外膜电图所标测的心肌缺血程度及心肌缺血范围;显著减小通过N-BT染色所显示的梗死区;可显著抑制血清LDH、CK活性。结论参芪注射液对心肌缺血有显著的保护作用。
Objective To assess the effect of Shenqi Injection (a mixture of phenolic acid from Radix Salvia and astragalosides) against acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods The dog model of myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of coronary artery. The epicardial monitor and quantitative histological analysis combined with nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) staining method were used for the determination of the range and degree of damage induced by myocardial infarction. The serum creatine phosphokinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities were also determined. Results Shenqi injection could significantly decreased the damage degree and range of myocardial ischemia, and also reduced the serum CK and LDH activities. Conclusion Shenqi injection exerted significantly protective action on myocardial ischemia.
