摘要
利用高效液相色谱技术,以黄芪甲苷含量为评价指标,分别以水和50%乙醇为提取剂,结合浸泡、超声、微波、索氏回流等方法,探讨了10种不同提取方法对组方药材中黄芪甲苷含量的影响。结果表明,50%乙醇与微波加热提取方法效果好于其他提取方法。黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷含量位于0.89mg/g。同时,提取对象的理化性质亦对提取率有较大影响,提取时温度、溶剂、酸碱度等多种因素应予以综合考虑。
In this study, 10 different sample extracting methods, such as soaking extraction, reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction, for determination of astragaloside IV from empirical prescription by HPLC were compared. Taking the content of astragaloside IV as inspecting index, the results showed that microwave method, coupled with heating and 50% ethanol solution, exhibited the highest rate, while the concentration was 0.89mg/g. Moreover, effects of temperature, solvent, pH, physic-chemical property of object should be taken into account.
