摘要
社区教育促进社区和现代社会发展的直接成果是促进学习型组织、学习型社区和学习型社会的建设,它不仅是全面建设小康社会的任务和目标之一,而且是社会发展的客观趋势和必然规律。从80年代起,我国各地也开始了社区教育的研究与实践活动,沈阳、上海等地开展得独具特色。然而,从全国范围看,我国的社区教育仍处于探索性和经验性阶段,管理层面上显得比较混乱无序。因此系统研究外国的社区教育管理体制对于我国社区教育由初级的经验形态向高级的专业化水平发展,有着深刻的启示和借鉴意义。
The direct result of community education’s promotion in community and modern social development is to promote the construction of studying organization, studying community and studying society., it’s not only one of the tasks and goals of comprehensive construction the well-off society, but also the objective trends and inexorable laws of the social development. From the 1980s, all parts of our country began the research of the community educates and practice activity also, especially Shenyang , Shanghai show unique characteristics. However, within the look of the whole country, the community of our country education is still at exploration and experience stage, on managing the aspect., it seems more confused and more unordered. So systematic research foreign community educational management system have deep enlightenment and reference meaning in the development towards advanced specialized level to of our country community from the elementary experience shape to developed shape.
