摘要
为了及时、准确地掌握高新技术企业的发展状态,本文基于国家火炬办统计指标设计了高新技术企业发展状态的评价指标体系,综合运用层次分析法和线性加权法构建了评价方法体系,并以黑龙江省医药行业的11家典型高新技术企业为研究对象,对其发展状态进行了综合评价,本文的研究可为政府部门加强高新技术企业的宏观管理提供理论支持。
In order to master the developing state of high & new technology enterprises promptly and accurately, the author designs the evaluation index system of its developing state based on the CTP's statistic indexes and gives the evaluation method constructed by AHP and linear weighting sum method. Finally the author makes research on the comprehensive evaluation of the developing state by selecting 11 typical high & new technology enterprises in medical industry in Heilongjiang Province. The research of this article provides theoretical support for government to strengthen the macro management of high & new technology enterprises.
