摘要
对投标中发生的战略风险、竞争风险、技术风险、报价风险、材料风险、合同风险、信誉风险、财务风险、环境风险等进行了归纳,分析了各种风险产生的原因,提出了风险防范的应对措施。
This paper sums up the strategy risk, competition risk, technique risk, quoted price risk, material risk, contract risk, credit risk, finance risk, and environment risk, etc. that occur in the course of the bidding, analyzes on the causes of each kind of risk, and puts forward corresponding measures for preventing the risks.
