摘要
网络的发展对我国当前公民政治参与产生了积极的影响,它改善了公民政治参与的技术手段,拓宽了公民政治参与的渠道,提高了公民的参政质量。但是,网络是一把双刃剑,它在给公民政治参与带来积极影响的同时,也带来了消极影响。因此应该积极思考,从提高公民的网络素质、法制建设和思想政治教育等方面开拓公民政治参与的新途径。
Network has made positive effect on citizens' political participation in our country, with the relevant technological means the corresponding channels widened and the quality of political participation raised. However, being a double-blade sword, the network brings about negative influences too. So we should think actively how to make better use of it so as to promote the political participation.
