摘要
通过对地方高校的特征、信息环境和地方高校图书馆开展信息参考咨询服务工作的现状分析入手,提出了服务内容、服务对象、队伍建设、信息保障与未来发展等涉及地方高校图书馆信息参考咨询工作相关问题的抉择思路。
With an analysis of the characteristics and information environment of local universities and the present situation of local universities in providing reference information service, this article puts forward some ideas about service content, service object, building of a contingent, information guarantee and future development, which are involved with the local university libraries in providing reference information service.
