摘要
专升本院校图书馆存在"五个不相适应"的问题,即:馆员素质与图书馆地位提升不相适应;图书馆现有藏书数量、质量与院校升格扩招不相适应;图书馆自动化建设与社会进步不相适应;图书馆经费投入与自身发展需求不相适应;图书馆服务水平与读者需求不相适应。提出了专升本院校图书馆发展的几条基本策略,即:明确目标,努力构建网络化、数字化、开放式图书馆;加大投入,不断提高图书馆馆藏文献的数量和质量;开拓创新,着力增强图书馆立体化、多元化服务效能;加强学习,全面提升图书馆人员综合素质。
The libraries of institutes where professional students are promoted to undergraduates have problems of “five unsuitable's', that is, the librarians are unsuitable to the raising of position of libraries, the book storage and quality of books in the libraries are unsuitable to the raising of the institutes; the automation of the libraries is unsuitable to the social progress; the fund input in the libraries is unsuitable to their development needs and the service level of the libraries is unsuitable to the demands of readers. The paper puts forward several strategies, that is, making the goal clear and building the digitized, networking and open-up libraries by great efforts, increasing investment and constantly improving the storage and quality of literature of libraries, making innovation to strengthen cubic and multi service efficiency of libraries and strengthening learning to improve the comprehensive qualities of librarians in an all-sided way.
