摘要
目的评价血清TSGF、CEA、Ca-199在大肠癌、大肠息肉诊断中的临床价值。方法对部分大肠癌、大肠腺瘤样息肉患者、对照组同时进行TSGF、CEA、Ca-199检测,进行分析。结果肠癌患者血清中CEA、Ca-199阳性率绝对高于对照组和大肠腺瘤组(P=0),当TSGF≥64μl/ml为阳性时,大肠癌和大肠腺瘤样息肉组阳性率差别无显著性(P=0.498),大肠癌和对照组差别有显著性(P=0.01)。当设定TSGF≥72μl/ml为阳性时,大肠癌和大肠腺瘤样息肉组阳性率差别有显著性(P=0.034)。大肠癌和大肠腺瘤样息肉组TSGF的血清含量差别无显著性(P=0.054),而大肠癌和对照组之间差别有显著性(P=0.001)。结论TSGF的血清含量可能随着大肠腺瘤样息肉发展或复发逐渐升高,应定期复查这部分患者血清TSGF,以了解是否复发或有早期癌变。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of serum tumor specific growth factor (TSGF), CEA, Ca-199 in diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma and adenomatonse polyp. Methods: The serum level of TSGF, CEA, Ca-199 were detected and analyzed in patients with Colorectal carcinoma and the control group. Results: The positive rate of serum CEA, Ca-199 in patients with Colorectal carcinoma was more higher than that in patients with adenomatonse polyp and the control group(P=0).When level of serum TSGF≥64μl/ml was defined as positive, no significant difference between patients with Colorectal carcinoma and ones with adenomatonse polyp(P=0.498), The positive rate of patients with Colorectal carcinoma was more higher than that of control group(P=0.01). When level of serum TSGF≥72μl/ml assay be positive, there was significant difference in the positive rate between patients with Colorectal carcinoma and ones with adenomatonse polyp(P=0.034). Similarly, the TSGF concentration in Colorectal carcinoma patients was significantly higher than that in control group (P=0.001), but there might be no significant difference between patients with Colorectal carcinoma and ones with adenomatonse polyp(P= 0.054 ). Conclusions: the TSGF concentration may rise with the adcancement of adenomatonse polyp. Detection of serum TSGF is helpful to find recurrence of adenomatonse polyp and early malignant change.
