趋化因子配体18(CCL18)在胃癌转移中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 为研究趋化因子配体18(ccl18)在胃癌肿瘤及血清中的表达,探讨其在胃癌浸润、转移中的作用,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测45例胃癌患者及30例健康对照组外周血中CCL18趋化因子的浓度,同时应用免疫组化检测45例肿瘤组织、正常胃粘膜组织和38例转移淋巴结组织中CCL18趋化因子的表达情况。结果显示,胃癌患者外周血中的浓度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且在临床Ⅰ+Ⅱ期患者较Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者显著升高(P<0.05)。在未转移的胃癌组织和已有转移的淋巴结中,CCL18表达阳性率明显高于晚期胃癌和未转移的淋巴结(P<0.05)。 To investigate the possible role of CCL18 in migration and metastasis of gastric cancer by studing its expression in cancer tissues and serum. The levels of serum CCL18 in 45 patients with gastric cancer were analyzed by ELISA method.Immunohistochemistry assay was used to detect the expression of CCL18 in 45 gastric cancer tissues,adjacent tissues , and 38 metastatic lymphnode tissues respectively.Results showted that the levels of serum CCL18 in 45 patients with gastric cancer were significantly increased ,compared with control groups, and the serum CCL18 levels among the patients of stage +were much higher than that of stage +.The expression of CCL18 were significantly increased in tissues of gastric cancer without metastasis and metastatic lymph nodes than that of gastric cancer with metastasis and lymph nodes without metastasis.
