摘要
本文通过采用有限差分法求解修正的非定常的雷诺方程,并采用四阶龙格-库塔法求解飞行磁头的动力学方程组,分别计算了常规的T-F浮动块和带减压槽的T-F浮动块飞越盘面各种障碍物时的动态响应特性,并将两者进行了对比分析,讨论了其动态性能的优劣.计算结果与文献给出的实验结果相符合得较好.
In this paper, a factored implicit finite difference scheme is used to solve the modified Reynolds lubrication equation, which describes the isothermal compressible fluid flow within the slider bearings region, and fourth order Runge-Kutta method is used to slove the equations of motion, which describe the slider bearings'dynamic characteristics. Using these numerical models, the theoretical resPOnse of conventional T-F slider and T-F slider with negative pressure slot due to some kinds of steps and grooves in hard disk surface are obtained, and their dynamics flying characteristics are analyzed and compared. Excellent correlation is observed between calculated results and experiment results in literatures.
