摘要
目的探讨颅内转移瘤最佳的治疗方案。方法回顾分析我科对58例颅内转移瘤患者进行的综合治疗的方法及结果,包括手术、化疗、全脑放疗、X刀放疗。结果综合治疗颅内转移瘤可使患者获得最佳生存时间与生存质量。结论综合治疗是颅内转移瘤的最佳治疗方法。
Objective To study the best treatment plan for intracranial metastatic tumor.Methods Reviewing and analyzing the methods and results of comprehensive treatment of 58 cases of the patients with intracranial metastatic tumor in our department. The methods include operation, chemotherapy, radiotherapy of whole brain, X-knife,radiotherapy.Results The result of analysis of therapy is that comprehensive therapy of intracranial metastic tumor can make the patients get the best time and quality of survival.Conclusions Comprehensive therapy is the best way to treat metastatic brain tumour.
