摘要
目的:观察艾迪注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法:采用随机双盲设计。将87例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分成A、B两组:A组45例用艾迪注射液联合NP(N为vinorelbine长春瑞滨、P为cisplatin顺铂)化疗方案,静脉点滴.每天1次,连用8周;B组单纯用NP化疗。观察比较两组间疾病治疗有效率、缓解率、生活质量、细胞免疫功能变化及毒副反应。结果:A、B两组有效率(CR+PR)分别为26.7%和23.8%(P>0.05)。但A组和B组的缓解率(PR+CR+MR)分别是60.0%和35.7%,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。A组的细胞免疫能力有不同程度提高,其中NK细胞升高明显,与B组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。A组毒副反应明显减轻。结论:爱迪注射液联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,能增强细胞免疫能力,改善症状.提高患者生存质量,且毒副反应轻,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the response rate and toxicity of AiDi pro injection plus NP (vinorelbme.cisplatin) regimen combination in the treatment of advanced stage non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods: In double-blind, parallel-group study,87 patients with advanced NSCL were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-five patients of group A were treated with AiDi pro injection combined with NP , iv.gtt.qd for 8 wk,42 patients of group B were received chemotherapy of NP regimen alone. And then the clinical effect and ihe tox icity were observed in the two groups. Results: The response rate was 26. 7% in the patients of group A,and 23. 8% m the patients of group B. No significant difference existed between the two groups( P>0. 05), but( PR + CR + MR) was 60. 0% , 35. 7% respectively in group A and group B. There was significant difference between two groups(P< 0. 05). The capacity of cell immunology in group A was increased, among which NK cell was increased significantly. There was significant difference in two groups(P< 0. 05). The side effects in group A was reduced. Conclusion: AiDi pro injection plus NP regimen can improve the cell immunology,relieve the symptoms,promote the life quality and be well-tolerated in the treatment of advanced NSCLC . The therapy strategy should be clinically recommended.
