耳蜗内毛细胞及传入神经突触损伤后的修复 被引量:4

摘要 缺血、缺氧、噪声等病理条件下引起的耳蜗损伤与谷氨酸的兴奋性毒性有关,可以导致耳蜗内毛细胞、传入神经纤维的水肿、变性等一系列形态学和功能学的改变。学者们观察到损伤后的内毛细胞及传入神经的修复过程。本文通过对相关文献的复习,对影响耳蜗修复过程的因素做一综述。
