本文对图书馆绩效文化的基本理念以及建立图书馆绩效文化的现实意义进行了分析,并探讨了建立图书馆绩效文化的方法与途径。
The paper analyzed the basic idea and realistic meaning of setting up the performance culture of the library, and discussed the method and the way of establishing the library performance culture.
