摘要
论述了数字图书馆建设的重要意义,指出中小型图书馆在数字图书馆建设中应避免盲目性,转变观念,把握好纸质文献与数字化文献的收藏比例,注重人才的引进和培养,以资源建设为核心,走资源共建共享之路。
This paper discusses on the important significance of constructing the digital library, and points out that the minor libraries should avoid the blindness, transform the conception, control the proper storage ratio of the paper literatures and the digitalized literatures, pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of the talents, take the resources construction as the center, and realize the co-constructing and sharing of the resources in the course of the construction of the digital library.
