摘要
目的分析视网膜母细胞瘤的CT和临床特征。方法对11例11眼经病理检查证实的视网膜母细胞瘤CT和临床表现作回顾性总结。结果典型的临床表现为白瞳症、玻璃体内可见大小不等的黄白色混浊、眼压升高等;CT检查病灶区100%有斑点状或团块状钙化,眼球壁上还可见密度增高的软组织肿块隆起。结论CT检查发现钙化灶是视网膜母细胞瘤的特征性改变,CT改变与临床特征相结合可为视网膜母细胞瘤的早期诊断和鉴别诊断提供客观依据。
Objective To study the CT findings and clinical features of retinoblastoma(RB). Methods A retrospective study was made on CT findings and clinical features of 11 RB cases(ll eyes) pathologically confirmed. Results Typical clinical findings showed white-pupil sign, yellow-white clouding of varying sizes in the vitreous body, elevation of intraocular pressure; the CT findings of retinoblastoma showed calcified plaque inside tumor 100%(11/11) and protruded soft tissue density mass on the wall of eyeball. Conclusion Calcified plaque inside tumor was characteristic of CT findings in RB patients. CT and clinical features are helpful for the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retinoblastoma.
