摘要
女性人才资源是人才资源中的重要组成部分。有效地开发女性人才资源,是实施人才强国战略的必然要求,也是全面建设小康社会的重要保证。该文着重阐述了女性人才资源开发的意义,分析了女性人才资源开发存在的问题,探讨了女性人才资源开发的主要对策。
Female talant is an important part of China's talant resources. The effective exploitation of the female talant resources is essential to implement our great-power stratagem, as well as assure to build a well-off society. This article emphasizes the significance, analyses the problem, discusses the countermeasures in the exploitation of female talant resources.
