摘要
目的:调查乙肝病毒感染者的分布情况,加强医务人员的预防意识。方法:由各科医生依据诊断标准进行诊断,填写传染病报告卡,按时限要求,报送防保科进行网络直报。结果:乙肝病毒感染者在就诊的传染病感染者中所占比例为64.46%;且以青壮年年龄组为主,未发现有15岁以下儿童感染乙肝病毒;乙肝感染者与其所从事的职业无关。结论:乙肝病毒感染者存在范围较广,医务人员在诊疗过程中,一定要严格遵守无菌技术操作和消毒技术规范,防治交叉感染。
Objective:To investigate the distribution of persons with hepatitis B virus infection and to make medical staff more aware of prevention.Methods:Doctors from different departments made the diagnosis according to diagnosis standard,filled in report cards and delivered them to Dept of Protection for network direct report.Results:Of all persons with infectious diseases,patients with hepatitis B virus infection accounted for 64.46% ,who were mainly young people.No patient under 15 was found infected by hepatitis B virus.The infection was not associated with their jobs.Conclusion:Persons with the infection were found in many places,so cross infection should be prevented and treated during medical practice by strictly observing aseptic technique procedures and disinfection technique standard.
