摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定镇脑宁胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:使用Hypersil ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水(86:14)为流动相,流速为1 ml·min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在4.3-26.0μg·ml-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.5%。结论:本法简便,重复性好,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC mothod for determintion of tonshinone ⅡA in Zhennaoning capsules. Method: The Hypersil ODS C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(86: 14) ,the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1,the detecting wavelength was at 270 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear within a range of 4.3-26.0 μg·ml-1, ( r = 0. 999 9) , the average recovery was 97. 6% ,RSD = 1.5%. Conclusion: The methed is simple and repeatable, it can be used for quality control of Zhennaoning capsules.
