摘要 传统的养生健身学说在进步朴素的唯物主义与辩证法的指导下,奠定了其理论体系的基础,"天人相应"的整体观是其最根本的思想体系。传统养身健身学说强调内因的重要作用,其最基本的唯物主义观点是机体与自然环境为统一的整体。在这种古朴哲学思想的指导下,养生健身术也得到了不断的发展。在传统养身健身领域中,落后与进步、前进与后退在其发展的过程中是相依相辅而共存的。 <Abstrcat>Traditional theory of fitness regimen,which established its theoretic basis with the guidance of progressive materiatism and dialectic,took the theory of the unity of the heaven,earth and human as its (basic) thought system. Traditional theory of fitness regimen emphasized that the importance of inner factors and its materialistic view was the unity of human body and natural environment which also resulted in the (improvement) of fitness regimen. In the area of regimen,backwardness and improvement coexisted and (supplemented) each other in the process of its development.
