摘要
以焦磷酸盐为主要原料,研究了经特殊处理的玻璃钢制品实施常规电镀的工艺条件、影响因素。结果表明,电流密度为1.1~2.7A/dm^2,适当调节镀液温度和pH值,并经后处理工艺,可获得均一稳定的金色镀层。
The processing conditions and the influencing factors of the regular plating were applied to the GFRP products treated specially with pyropnoephate as the main material. The result showed that the current density was 1.1 - 2. 7A/dm2. The stable homogeneous golden plating coating could be obtained with the plating solution temperature and pH value being properly conditioned and through aftertreatment.
