摘要
目的探讨儿童睾丸附件扭转的诊断及治疗。方法对58例睾丸附件扭转患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果58例患儿术后当天症状很快改善,3～4d痊愈出院。结论无明显诱因的一侧阴囊睾丸肿胀,伴可以忍受的疼痛者,经彩超证实睾丸血流正常,其周围有不同程度的液性暗区可以确诊为睾丸附件扭转,以手术治疗为好。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of torsion of testicular appendages.Methods Fifty-eight cases of torsion of testicular appendages were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients underwent resection of twisted testicular appehdages and recovered quickly in 3~4 days after operation.Conclusion Little clinical presentations and color Deppler imaging can diagnose the torsion of testicular appendages,operation is the best treatment.
