摘要
在以酒精为溶剂、苯骈三氮唑为主钝化剂的基础上,调整其化学成分,研制出第2代高效钝化剂。腐蚀电阻较原钝化剂可提高1倍多,抗腐蚀实验时间延长2倍。通过测试腐蚀电流、腐蚀电阻,对钝化剂成分进行优选;采用XPS对有机钝化膜进行纵向深度刻蚀和成分测定,证明钝化成分稳定,适合钢丝镀铜防锈。
The second generation high efficiency inhibitor is developed through adjusting chemical structure on the basis of the first generation inhibitor using alcohol as solvent, benzotriazole nitrogen as solute. Corrosion resistance can improve more than one times and test time prolongs two times. The inhibitor structures are optimizde after testing corrosion current and resistance. The inhibitor structures are steady by adapting XPS to test longitudinal depth corrosion and structure of organic inhibitor film, it is suitable for Cu-plating steel wire to antisepticize.
