摘要 为保障某220kV变电站的安全运行,对该变电站及其端子箱的环境状况进行检查,并对残存屏蔽线及其腐蚀产物进行检测,探讨屏蔽线的腐蚀原因及腐蚀机理。提出电缆屏蔽线选用铜包铝线材质是其发生腐蚀断裂的主要原因,变电站空气质量差和端子箱内潮湿的环境促进了腐蚀的发生。 For the purpose of ensuring the safe operation of a 220 kV electric substation,the environmental sates of the substation and its terminal boxes were examined,and the residual cable shielding wires as well as corresponding corroded products were monitored.Furthermore,causes leading to corrosion of the cable shielding wires and their corrosion mechanism were discussed.It was found that the corrosion-fracture of the cable shielding wires used at the electric substation was mainly attributed to the material nature of the copper coated Al wires.Besides,the air with poor quality and the wet environment in the terminal boxes were the external factors to accelerate the corrosion of the cable shielding wires.
