摘要
聚丙烯纤维膜在熔融状态下,将纳米二氧化钛粉末喷洒和热压在聚丙烯纤维的表面,形成一种新的二氧化钛负载膜,对二氧化钛负载膜进行光催化特性的研究,结果表明,二氧化钛在聚丙烯纤维表面上的负载量为0.0258mg/cm2,二氧化钛对聚丙烯纤维的比负载量为0.0053g/g,通过对甲基橙色素的光催化降解和连续长时间的振荡研究,证明该膜负载的二氧化钛不易脱落,性能稳定,具有较强的光催化效率.
A novel titanium dioxide loaded membrane was formed when nanometer titanium dioxide power was sprayed and hot pressed on the surface of polypropylene fiber under its fused condition. The study on the light catalytic characteristic of titanium dioxide membrane showed that the load capacity of titanium dioxide on the surface of polypropylene fiber was 0.0258 mg/cm 2. The specific load capacity of titanium dioxide on polypropylene fiber was 0.0053 g/g. The study on the light catalytic degradation and longtime continuous vibration of methyl orange pigment showed that the loaded titanium dioxide didn't break off easily and had stable performance and possessed relatively high light catalytic efficiency.
