摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱物、无水乙醇为溶剂 ,在不同反应条件下研究了Sol Gel法制备纳米二氧化钛光催化剂的胶凝过程。得到了制备稳定溶胶的最佳工艺条件 :前驱物水解是在混合水溶液中进行 ,其混合液由无水乙醇、水和 pH调节剂 (HCl或NH3·H2 O)组成 ,并采用滴加式加入 ;钛醇盐与水的摩尔比取 2~ 3;乙醇与钛醇盐摩尔比m取 5~ 8;pH值取 1~ 2 ;水解温度为 2 0~ 40℃。
The preparation of TiO_2 by Sol-Gel method was studied under different conditions using Ti(OBu)_4 as presursor and C_2H_5OH as solvent. The optimum preparation conditions are as follows. Hydrolysis of Ti(OBu)_4 is finished in a mixture made of alcohol, water and pH regulators (HCl or NH_3·H_2O), the affusion way of solution is ditration. The molar ratio of Ti(OBu)_4 to water is 2~3. The molar ratio of alcohol to Ti(OBu)_4 is 5~8. The pH value of the solution is 1~2. Hydrolysis temperature is 20~40 ℃.
