摘要
中美人权较量中,非洲国家给予中国大力支持。相似的人权观是非洲支持中国的思想基础;中非传统友谊是中非在人权问题上互相支持、团结合作的历史前提;国际斗争中的共同利益是中非友好的政治基础;经济社会发展是中国和非洲的最大需要,是促进中非友好合作的强大动力。
Africa gives great support to China in the contests of Sino-America human rights. It believes that the similar concept of human rights is the thoughts basis of Africa's support. The Sino-African traditional friendship is the historical prerequisite to the unity of Africa and China. The common benefits in the international contests are the political basis of Sino-African relationship. The economic and social development is the major need of China and Africa, and that is a strong force to promote the friendly co-operation of the two.
