摘要
采用文献资料调研与调查、测量、实验和统计等方法,对演练太极拳3种高度的架势进行了确定及运用研究,提出了用系数乘身高来确定演练太极拳的3种高度架势;用此方法确定演练太极拳3种架势合理有效;此方法所确定的3种太极拳架势能指导人们的健身。
Through using the method of literature,investigation,measurement,experiment and statistics,this paper made study on determination and application of three postures of Taijiquan,put forwarded the method of multiplying the coefficient with height.This method can guide the people for physical fitness exercise.
