摘要
以一水合硫酸氢钠、八水硫酸铝、十二水硫酸铁铵、X水硫酸铁等无机硫酸盐为催化剂,由月桂酸和乙醇回流分水合成香料月桂酸乙酯。通过正交实验确定最佳反应条件为:以一水合硫酸氢钠为最佳催化剂,酸醇摩尔比为1∶8,回流反应5h,反应温度为72~80℃,酯收率达79.49%。
Ethyl laurate can be synthesized from lauric acid and ethyl alcohol using a series of sulfates as catalysts ,which include NaHSO4·H2O,Al2(SO4)3·8H2O, (NH4)FeSO4·12H2O and Fe2(SO4)3·XH2O. Through orthogonal experiment, NaHSO4·H2O is the best one, the best reaction condition is that the mole ratio of acid and alcohols is at 1∶8, the reflux time is 5 hours , the temperature is 72~80℃ and the yield is 79.49% under this condition. It is a good way to synthesize ethyl lauarate using a series of sulfates as catalysts.
