人胎大肠NOS阳性神经元发育的免疫组化观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨人胎大肠NOS阳性神经元发育的规律。方法用免疫组织化学法对人胎大肠NOS阳性神经元的表达进行观察。结果第3个月龄时,肌间神经丛处有单个分布或三、五成群的NOS阳性神经元,胞体较小,圆形或椭圆形,胞质少,染色淡,有的神经元一端有小的突起。随着胎龄的增加,NOS阳性神经元胞体逐渐增大,粘膜下层也出现单个的NOS阳性神经元。第6-7个月龄时,肌间神经丛内NOS阳性神经元为多极神经元,稀疏地分布在靠内环肌一侧,肌间神经丛内形成神经纤维网,网中出现胞体较小淡染的NOS阳性神经元。在环肌层内可见到NOS阳性神经元分布。结论大肠壁内NOS阳性神经元的发育与各层组织细胞的发育有密切关系。 Objective To explore the rule of the development of NOS positive neurons in the large intestine of human fetus. Methods The expression of NOS positive neurons in the large intestine of human fetus was observed by using immunohistochemical method. Results By the third month of gestation, single NOS positive neuron was distributed or three or five NOS positive neurons were gathered in intermusculer nerve plexus. The cell bodies of NOS positive neurons were small, round or oval, with less cytoplasm and weak dyeing, one end of some neurons showed a little process. With the fetal age increasing, the cell bodies of NOS positive neurons gradually enlarged, and single NOS positive neuron appeared in submucous layer. From the sixth to seventh month, the multipolar neurons and nerve fiber nets were observed in the intermuscular nerve plexus, the neurons were thinly distributed along one side of inner circular muscle layer. The cell bodies of NOS positive neurons were small and weak dyeing within the nerve fiber nets. NOS positive neurons was seen in inner circular muscle layer. Conclusion The development of NOS positive neurons is closely connected with the cells and tissues in the different layers within the wall of the large intestine.
