通过分析近年来大气环境法的发展状况,概括出目前大气环境法发展的四大趋势:以可持续发展为指导思想,实行环境民主、鼓励公众参与,鼓励科技创新,注重经济手段。这些趋势反映了人们对大气污染防治问题认识的深入和对大气环境法律观念的转变。
This paper summarizes the four main trends in the fast development of the legislation concerning atmospheric environment protection in the recent years:sustainable development,public participation,technological innovation,and financial solution.They reflect man's better understanding for legal protection of atmospheric environment and prevention and control of air pollution.
