摘要
黑葡萄穗霉是一种腐生菌,能够产生多种毒素,给人类生活和健康带来严重影响。本文就黑葡萄穗霉的形态特征、生长特性、抗原组分及基因、所产毒素及其它生物活性产物、毒理学实验和检测方法等进行综述。
