摘要
基底动脉闭塞的预后非常差。接受正规内科治疗的基底动脉狭窄患者卒中发生率仍然较高。近几年,越来越多的研究人员开始探索性地采用支架置入治疗基底动脉狭窄。我们回顾了有关基底动脉狭窄和支架置入治疗的文献,旨在对其适应证的选择、技术要点、结果和并发症的发生进行综述,为该项工作的开展提供参考。
The prognosis in patients with basilar artery occlusion is very poor. The incidence of stroke in the patients with basilar artery stenosis is still higher even after standard medical treatment. In recent years, increasing researchers have begun to attempt to treat basilar artery stenosis with stenting. We retrospect the related literatures addressing basilar artery stenosis and stenting, and intend to review its indications, key techniques, results and complications so as to provide some information for the development of this work.
