摘要
分别采用水热合成法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2粉体,并通过XRD分析、TEM分析对制备的样品进行了表征。结果表明,水热合成法制备的纳米TiO2粉体晶型为锐钛矿型,晶体平均粒径为9.2nm,颗粒粒径为10nm左右;溶胶—凝胶法制备纳米TiO2粉体既有金红石型,也有锐钛矿型,其具体形态取决于煅烧温度,晶体平均粒径为10.2~70.8nm,颗粒粒径为23~80nm.以纳米TiO2对亚甲基兰的60min降解率为评价指标,考察纳米TiO2对有机物的光催化降解性能,结果表明溶胶—凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2粉体对亚甲基兰的降解性能低于水热合成法制备的纳米TiO2粉体。
The nanometer titanium dioxide powder was prepared by hydrothermal and sol-gel, and the product was analyzed by XRD and TEM. The result expatiates that crystal of the powder prepared by hydrothermal was anatase, the average grain of crystal is 9.2 nm and the size of grain was about 10 nm. The powder prepared by sol-gel was rutile or anatase. The form of powder was decided by the temperature of burning, the average grain of crystal was 10.2~70.8 nm, the size of grain was 23~80 nm. The degradation rate of nanometer titanium dioxide powder to methylene blue after 60 min was used as assessment standard, the result indicates that the photocatalytic activity of nanometer titanium dioxide powder prepared by sol-gel was worse than that prepared by hydrothermal.
