摘要
以溶胶-凝胶法制备了三种温度(440℃、490℃、540℃)三种表面形貌(普通型及多孔型)的纳米TiO粉体,考察了它们对火炸药TNT的催化降解效果。结果表明:三种表面形貌中2添加聚乙二醇(PEG)的多孔TiO最有利于TNT的去除,而添加脲醛者最有利于化学需氧量2(COD)的去除;三种制备温度中以490℃焙烧的TiO催化活性最好。得出:光催化剂TiO对22TNT有一定的催化活性,而活性大小要受其表面形貌和晶型的影响;降解过程中有中间产物产生。
Nano-titaniaofthreetemperatureand threesurfaceweresynthesizedby thesol-gelmethod. The photocatalyticefficiencyon 2,4,6-trinitrotoluenewas studied.Ithasbeen provedthattheTiO2(PEG )was thebestfor thedegradationofTNT ,whiletheTiO2(urea-formaldehyde)was thebestforthedegradationofCOD .And theTiO2 calcinedfrom490℃was thebest.So theresultwe couldgainwas thatthephotocatalystTiO2 doeshavephotocatalytic activityon TNT , and theactivityisaffectedby thesurfaceand crystalstructure; Some side-substancecanemerge duringthedegradation.
