摘要
采用预聚合半连续滴加法,将八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)及乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(WD-21)预聚合后与多组分的丙烯酸酯预乳化液接枝共聚,制备了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液(简称硅丙乳液).利用红外光谱、透射电镜、热重等分析手段,对硅丙乳液的粒子结构进行了表征,并对乳液的性能进行了分析与表征,初步研究了以硅丙乳液为基料的水性涂料配方组成及配制工艺.
Using the method of emulsion-graft-polymerization technique, we modify a polycyclic emulsion by organic silicone prepared by means of pre-polymer semi-continuous dripping. By means of IR,GPC,TEM and DSC, the molecular structure of silicone-acryl ate emulsion is characterized, correlated with principal performing this paper, this technique and the structure of the product was discussed, the properties of emulsion and its coating are analyzed in detail.
