摘要
本文采用有机硅氧烷与丙烯酸酯单体制备有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚弹性乳液,研究了有机硅单体-丙烯酸 酯复合乳液中引发剂、乳化剂、有机硅含量、丙烯酸酯的配比等多方面因素对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明有 机硅单体与丙烯酸酯能很好地聚合,且制备出的乳液可以作为高性能外墙涂料的基体树脂应用。
Elastic emulsion was prepared by means of copolymerization of siloxane and acrylate monomers. Influences of various factors such as initiator, emulsifier, content of siloxane and ratio of acrylate on performance of emulsion were investigated.Testing results showed that the siloxane monomer and acrylate could be well polymerized and the emulsion prepared could be used as matrix resin for high performance exterior wall coating.
