摘要
传统教育活动的主要任务是实现知识传承,学生头脑的“容器论”观点使师生关系带有明显的工具性特点,使学生在教学过程中的主体地位无法体现。现代教育回归其促进人的发展的本真意义,要求传统师生关系必须适应人的发展的需要进行变革,新型的师生关系应表现为民主性、平等性和共享性。构建新型师生关系必须贯彻以人为本的原则。
The main task of traditional education, in which students are regarded as empty containers,is to impart knowledge and the teacher-student relationship bears the characteristics of instrumentalism. As a result , students' status as the subject cannot be maintained in the teaching process. So, education should return to its essence-human development and a reform on the traditional teacher-student relationship should be conducted according to the principle of 'people foremost' to establish a modern relationship with democracy, equality and sharedness.
