在市场经济中,经营者利用不平等格式条款侵犯消费者权益的事件引起了社会的广泛关注。不平等格式条款的运用扰乱市场秩序,损坏了市场信誉。只有对它进行法律规制,才能真正地保护消费者利益,促进市场经济的健康发展。
In market economy, it causes much attention that operators encroach rights and interests of consumers by the unfair form clause.The unfair form clause disorders market economy and damage market credit,only by legal regulation can we protect rights of consumers and develop our economy.
